19-Jul-2007AutoDownload version 1.2.10 released. An integrated install for SQL Server 2005 for Windows Vista users has been included. Also a new version of all of the free utilities have been released which should now all work correctly with Java 6.

19-Apr-2007New version of Badge Standard Calculator launched. Any class which doesn't have a postfix (e.g. L, S, A, B) will be treated as a Long course - particularly useful for the most eldery classes. Also novice courses (postfix "N") are now not reported as errors, although no badge standard are calculated for them.
16-Apr-2007New version of Colour Standard Calculator launched. This now includes an option for standards to be calculated separately for men and women.

Other new additions include manual start times, mass start times, full event backup, optional controls and alternative codes, entry by punching, non-competitve results. Many small improvements have also been made. It will upgrade a 1.0 database on install - try it today!

02-Oct-2005AutoDownload used at WCH District Event and YBT Qualifier at Shugborough Park. A very smooth run for download, but a few improvements have been posted. The first live trial of a score course went very well with 3 competitors being correctly selected by the software as having done the score. Also the first live outing (that I know of!) for the Inter-Club results. This worked accurately but there were a few issues with hanging on this and the Live Results. Some improvements have been posted for these also.

24-Aug-2005Back-end database changed to Microsoft's MSDE because of licensing issues with MySQL. This has also resulted in a performance increase! If you have a demo version using MySQL you are asked to replace it with the new version here. Any test events you want to keep you will need to export before upgrading and then import into the new database. Apologies for any incovienience caused.

Please please please do your own testing before a race if you're using these early versions. Testing will be ongoing here and we will put updates up as soon as we find anything amiss.
