Delivery to all destinations within the UK for online shop purchases is FREE, carriage will be charged at cost to destinations outside the UK. A handling fee of £1.00 plus VAT if applicable will be applied to any order below £4.00. All urgent orders are sent by First Class mail otherwise Second Class mail is used. As long as the item ordered is in stock we will endeavour to ship it within two working days. It usually takes about two weeks to deliver a personalised SI-Card. Please allow an extra week for deliveries outside the United Kingdom.
Apart from the personalised SI-Cards all the items shown on the online shop should be in stock.
UK VAT, at the standard rate, will be charged on all orders within the EU.
All transactions will be conducted in UK Pound.
An invoice will not normally be supplied with the goods. Should you require one, please forward the confirmation email you receive to support@sportident.co.uk.
The memory chips in each SI-Card come with a 3 year manufacturer's guarantee against failure. This Guarantee does not effect Your Statutory rights.
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you may return the product unused. It must arrive back with us within 7 days of delivery to you. If an inspection reveals that the product has been used we will not be able to offer an exchange or refund and there may be additional carriage costs involved in returning the item to you.
We reserve the right to charge up to a 30% re-stocking fee for items that have been sent out correctly by ourselves, but wish to be returned because they have been ordered in error. The cost of returning faulty or unwanted items to us is the responsibility of the customer.
Any damaged items or incomplete deliveries must be reported within 24 hours of delivery as we accept no liability after this period.
